Current Employee – been working at GE full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – You can have a good work balance

Cons – This company will only promote people that will do the dirty work not the one's that take care of the customer. They promote the people the like regardless if they can do the work.

Advice to Senior Management – If you talk it then walk it. Treat people how you want to be treated.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
