Read the Art of War if you want to work here.

ProsBenefits standard. Medical a little worse than I've had elsewhere.

ConsPolitically focused rather than product focused. Leadership more interested in getting to the next rung than in producing a quality product. Environment isn't conducive to productivity. If you still want to join, be sure to read Art of War, cause you'll need it. Everything seems to be a car here cause the favorite catch phrase is "You have to drive it!!!!!". There's a few other trite phrases that definitely
turn me off cause they are over-used and meaningless. Beware of Energy. It's not doing well and has some changes on the horizon. Hiring freeze now anyway.

Advice to Senior ManagementOrganizations of people aren't cars to be driven. Lose the politics and focus on the product. If you get the product right, your success will follow. Otherwise you have an empty organization with no profits that will collapse on itself someday. Accomplishment should be more important than
your network.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
