    Advice to Management

    Work with smart vendors. All the low cost outsourcing is a decade old concept, need to work with Indstry leaders to be able to leverage all new best practices. Career opportunities for India IT employees is limited. Being a PM is fine but not at the cost of knowing nothing

    Steady employment Flexible working hours Excellent support for the advancement of women in the workplace Willingness to spend money on training

    No recognition of real talent Little or no customer focus Meagre pay increases Management out of touch with ordinary staff Little or no incentive to excel No strategic vision

    Advice to Management

    Make more of an effort to interact directly with the follks who actually do the work to earn your fat bonuses to find out what works amd what doesn't in your company.
