    Pros

A good opportunity to learn about MEMS pressure sensors (although archaic technology). An opportunity working and learning from some knowledgeable and supportive coworkers (excluding management team)

Having a combination of medical and automotive products

    Cons

Always in fire fighting mode and no one in the leadership team seems to care about it either.

No career opportunity (dead end job)

None of managers can or want to help with mentoring and development of their team

Lack of available training to be effective in position

Lack of vision from the leadership team that would influence the product portfolio and using the best practices

Lack of appreciation and understanding of hard work.It literally doesn't matter how good or bad employees are doing.

Leadership pretends to listen to employee's inputs. In reality no efforts done to improve things.

Very ineffective performance review process. mainly waste of time and no follow up actions.

    Advice to Management

Provide and encourage employees to hone their skills through training and development
+ Appreciate and respect the hard work employees perform for the company and challenges they face
