Current Employee - Winder in Schenectady, NY

I have been working at GE full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly supervisors, weekends off ,decent starting salary, many raises, huge opportunitites to advance yourself within the company, and a work schedule that fits everyones needs.

    Cons

Not the best benefits package available, some jobs are very dirty and noisy,The on the job training could be more clear. You are shown what to do but a lot of the times why you have to do it a certain way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think when being trained we should be shown why we do what we do along with how we should do it.
