Current Employee – been working at GE full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Great place to learn. Lots of opportunites to stretch your skills.

Cons – Too much overhead. Simple changes require too many approvals. Lots of administration required for every job. Completing all the non-job tasks takes time away from doing what you were employed to do.

Advice to Senior Management – Ask the engineers. They care about the product and actually know what it needs.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
