Pros

If you are in finance or can are an effective commercial sales person, this is the company for you.

Cons

Not so great, if you are in different functions or struggling business (i.e. healthcare). Layoffs are very common.

    Lower pay by 30% and took away the pension

    If they expect to keep the new employees happy and with the company i suggest they offer them something that the legacy employees do not get to make they drop in wages and pension fare

    Tremendous freedom to develop career path, Great Technical Expertise, Challenging problems, Great industry, Opportunities, Competitive Salary, Strong Senior Leadership, Awesome Training,

    Cons

    A bit heavy on the beauracracy. Things can take a while to develop. There can be some frustration with the slow pace. A big company can often get in the way of its own progress.

    Identify great talent and challenge them with huge problems if you want to change the game!!
