    Neutral Outlook

I worked at GE full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a lot to learn. The people there for the most part are easy to get along with, easy to work with. The people are helpful and friendly.

    Cons

There is more bureaucracy and red tape than I have ever seen in my career. It is sometimes hard to get things done because of all the permission one needs to obtain.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at GE full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Many different projects, wide spectrum of people (with diverse scientific backgrounds), connection between research center and GE businesses

    Cons

Sometimes technical depth is missing, projects are on annual cycles, poor continuity of projects, politics like in every large company

    Advice to Management

focus more on technical advancement and innovation than on EHS
