    Pros

Lots of great people to learn from, excellent work life flexibility options

    Cons

Still work needs to be done to make compensation competitive, too much power point engineering vs actual engineering

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Respects and encourages Gender diversity

    Cons

Highly Political as the company does very high level of internal movements which makes it hostile for new joined employees. They promote internal talent to such an obnoxious level that there is dearth of it... people stay for 10-20 years and may be in jobs that are not suitable for them just because they have had their ex-boss etc as the panelist

    Advice to Management

The HR team is highly political and bias
