Pros

Good environment where co-workers are supportive. Great autonomy to initiate projects and voice out opinions. Employee benefits are a plus point

Cons

Bureaucracy and some red tapes here and there. Paperwork is rigorous and a necessity for tracking and accountability. Workload can be excessive at times

Flexible working hours could be implemented to complement the workload of employees,

    Pros

    Great place to learn, international environment, interesting job, excellent place to start international engineering career

    Cons

    Salary wasn't too competitive taking into account the office was located in capital city (high living cost), some team leaders weren't appropiate on such positions, huge staff rotation

    Pros

    Diverse business lines, great training programs, close mentor coaching, high expectation and demand for new employees, possible opportunities for company funded MBA.

    Cons

    Long working hours some times, too much pressure from boss, low pay especially when compared with competitors.

    You may make the base salary comparable to direct competitors to keep the talents.
