I have been working at GE full-time

    Pros

I have always worked with good people who have high integrity. The work has been very interesting and I have had access to great development opportunities.

    Cons

Benefits seem competitive, and in many areas pay is too, but not everywhere. It's a complex matrix that can be slow to respond and frustrating to manage through. Employees don't feel a close connection to each other at the major locations, but it's the opposite at smaller ones.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Worry as much about the strong performers as you do about the poor ones and that will help. Make sure you find one on one time for the people one below one.
