    Pros

Great Work/ life Balance and above market perks and benefits in a global company. A lot of different point of views will give you an ample vision of the company.

    Cons

You are basically on your own and if you ever need to know anything you will definitely need to look or learn it by yourself.

    Cons

decision making is kind of slow, making progress sometimes seem labored. However, people and customers are kept at the center of most decisions

    Advice to Management

Would be great to take more risks
