    Pros

Good learning opportunities. Good work life balance, work from home whenever need be, HSA, DFSA etc are good. They have an office almost any where in the world. Good support for new mothers.

    Cons

If you get stuck with a bad manager, there is nothing to save you. Raises are very less. No bonuses. Need to manage up, down sideways. If you accomplish one thing, you have to tell 20 people for it to get noticed.

    Advice to Management

There are so many managers at GE its hard to give one advice that will apply for all.
