ConsUncompetitive but manageable salary, horrible building, raises barely keep up with inflation, high turnover

Advice to Senior ManagementRealize that DC is has an extremely high cost of living and the salaries are not competitive. Low salaries can be dealt with if you don't have to deal with a building over 60 years old.
