    I worked at GEICO full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    If you work for geico you dont have personal life. Rather work for other insurance companies.

    Cons

    If you dont get hired after their interview, do not cry. It is a blessing.

    Too much claims, not enough people, help or support. For all the work you do, you get nothing in return.
