Pros

Very stable and immune to economic downturns.

Cons

Slow, slow, slow. Some people know how to play politics...

Advice to Management

Establish clear goals to archive and don't listen to any excuses.

    Pros

Great people, good pay, excellent benenfits!

    Cons

Micromanage, poor management, too focused on numbers and metrics, not focused enough on customer service, unrealistic hopes of moving up in company.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to annual employee surveys and provide realistic expectations and goals.

    Pros

    benefits and not much else

    Cons

Training was like a cram session. You had to be like a robot and say everything exactly the way they wanted. Lots of changes to scripts and being graded like you were in school. Step ford Wives type environment.

    Advice to Management

Have people who know what they are doing before they can teach or coach someone else. Your employees are people too.
