    I worked at GENBAND

    Pros

    * well positioned in certain sectors within telecommunication industry.
    * employees are nice and supportive to each other
    * procedures are well documented.
    * there are a few good bosses who take care of those reporting to him. They argument for your pay raise and benefit whenever there is a chance.

    Cons

    * had too many merges and acquisitions.
    * senior management changes *too* frequently (some for only a few month) and it has ripple effect down to individual employees.
    * cash stripped, it's hard to gt approval to buy something, even something small but necessary like a couple of hundred dollars.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    * Big churn rate in senior management always makes people nervous.
    * identify groups that did well in terms of engineering and/or sales and reward them accordingly.

    No opinion of CEO
