Pros

One would have ample time to dedicate on things other than work as well. Good work life balance. Handsome salary.

Cons

The hierarchy needs to be a little more clearer. Even at the lowest level the ownership of work is totally on you. You will have to learn things on your own with no defined supervision or guidance. The distribution of work is quite unbalanced with some people with very little work while other overloaded with work.

    Pros

    - Work from home option available (to selected(special) ones only) - Pick up drop (but not that convenient, you end up spending more time commuting) - Lunch & snacks provided (but you’ll end up upsetting your system if you eat)

    Cons

    - In a remote location (too difficult to access without company transport) - Hire & fire (they can fire you anytime & for any reason, no job security) - No growth (people are doing mundane/back office stuff, even people from IIM’s are made to do sourcing support projects, no learning, no growth, majority of them are on bench presently) - Culture is completely biased in terms of caste, community & groups - Inexperienced management only listens to US staff, off shore staff has no importance & has no say in anything - HR department is only to hire people (as they keep firing at equal pace) - Finance, IT & Admin department amateur & unprofessional - Some employees here have written reviews to impress their reporting managers & management (as this is the theme of the firm , people do things to impress rather than express here) - No stability in terms of career (they can fire you anytime, no matter how long you have been with the firm) - Employees from years have been doing same job without any role or responsibility addition(they’ll make you manager/senior manager without any single member working underneath you) - You start feeling bored after first 6 months because of office politics, mundane/clerical type of work & feeling of being trapped. - Please your reporting manager/function head & you may survive

    Advice to Management

Sell off the firm before you go bankrupt because you’ll be left with no project soon.
