Great opportunity but very demanding - not for the faint-hearted

Process Engineer (Current Employee) Malta, NY

ProsGood work environment, very friendly and down-to-earth employees, state-of-the-art facility, good opportunity for entry-level for career advancement

ConsSteep learning curve for entry-level, 12-hr shifts and often stay longer than expected, expected to work all major holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc...) if your shift falls on it, since FAB operates 24/7, job roles sometimes unclear

Advice to Senior ManagementI don't think stopping production for a few major holidays would hurt - maybe schedule FAB shutdowns/ system updates for these days.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
