    Pros

Commission. You earn 1-4 dollars for some of the preworkout mix drinks and diet pills.
New products are fun to learn about.
Employee discount. It was 20% but it may have changed at the turn of the new year.

    Cons

First in first out monthly stock accountability. You literally have to go through and read the expiration dates on every single product, bottle, jug, overstock, backstock-whatever, every single month even though the expiration dates are sometimes years away. Everything has to be on the shelves in order by their expiration date so if someone messes up stocking the shelf, you have a ton of work on your hands. The promotion changes are insane and take forever and depending on how the schedule is worked out, you may be stuck doing the entire thing by yourself.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give individual stores more hours to distribute amongst employees to lighten the load and produce more jobs. Some stores are so understaffed you can't even call out on a sick day.
