“sales and cleaning”
I have been working at GNC full-time for more than a year
Pros – Fun, interesting, professional, easy, healthy
Cons – Challenging, polar, greedy, confusing for management
Advice to Senior Management – Make Operations goals just as serious as sales goals. If the company is more than just sales then make everything just as important so the employees are truly accountable.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
