Pros

Can make a decent amount of money depending on the store you work at and your sales ability, discount can be nice

Cons

Base pay is terrible, way to much busy work, planogram changes piss off customers almost more than they do employees

Advice to Senior Management

Treat employees better, better pay, gnc comission????, stop the useless plano-gram changes
