ProsFast growing, flat, organization with tremendous opportunities for advancement

ConsWhile there is good work/life balance at GP, it is a demanding & fast paced environment. New employees need to be driven and capable of working without constant direction in order to be successful.

    We would rather make money then care about our employees

    I worked at GP Strategies full-time for less than a year


    Pros: They make it seem like its flexible and a great environment. It is a great place to work if you like… Cons: The old bait and switch - first the the offer - verbally something else paper something else. Then they took away the benefits as well.… Advice to Senior Management: Its pretty shady how your company is run in the Silicon Valley and I would really check in to see how your… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
