    Pros

There are some great people there. The company is doing good according to the numbers. Have brought in a number of very talented and smart people.

    Cons

Employee recommendations are heard but ignored. A number of Sr. level employees have put in notices to leave within days. Employees walk barefoot, are in shorts and inappropriate attire. Quality of product is very poor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't just pretend to listen to your employees. Try to implement some of their suggestions.

  2. Most employees are good people, but it's a misguided network.

I have been working at GSN (Game Show Network)

    Pros

There are many upstanding employees, occasional chances to innovate, and decent benefits.

    Cons

The network continuously cuts costs in ineffective ways that are also detrimental to and without concern for employee welfare. Upper management (with a few exceptions) lacks the ability to lead in a positive manor or to give constructive feedback. Decisions that have clearly been made over long periods of time are often handed down as last minute surprises, leaving employees with a constant feeling of waiting for the next bombshell.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Demonstrate genuine consideration for your hard working and overloaded employees.
