“Lack of communication”
I worked at GSP Marketing Technologies full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Plenty of overtime but hastily work environment
Cons – Vary unorganized, bad management, overworked under paid. Bad working conditions. Plant manager does not know what goes on it one end of building to other
Advice to Senior Management – Take some time to observe what really goes on in warehouse
