Current Employee – been working at GTECH Holdings full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Stable place to work
Many travel opportunities around the Europe
If you want to grow you will definitely find a way.
Employee is happy to invest in training.
Cons – Project assignments are very often subject to change and you are dropped from one to another and back.
It is common that you have to do 2-3 projects in parallel.
Advice to Senior Management – Value people over dollars.
