Pros

Great work environment, great bene's part and full time, awesome management, discounts are pretty sweet, rental perk is also awesome. This is the best job I have had as far as a cohesive work environment that is stimulating with obtainable goals.

Cons

Hours get very sparse come summer. Other then that the only con I can admit to is the lack of full time possibilities and the amount of effort needed to obtain them is a tad excessive.

Advice to Management

None you guys are great and gun and like a group of friends more so then a job.

    Pros

Talking about games with the regular customers, Most of the midnight launch events were really fun to work, believe it or but actually liked shooting inventories with my fellow managers.

    Cons

Very low starting pay for Store Managers given all the crap we had to put up with, creating schedules on bare minimum hours sometimes having to work by ourselves, too much focus on performance leading some associates to become pushy with customers, very stressful with the burden of compliance procedures and weekly price changes that would make you go mad.

    Advice to Management

Lighten up on the performance side of things perhaps if that happened the NPS would go up even more.

    Pros

Great product, exciting environement during big game release, great job for someone in their early 20s with no family or need for a life outside of Xbox Live till 3am.

    Cons

No payroll. Company expects salaried manager to handle the workload of 3 people. Many of the task required by corporate cannot be done during store hours as you are constantly alone for the majority of your shift, requiring you to work long into the night or early mornings. If you can't even step out back to urinate for 3 minutes, how can you be expected to count all the 360 games?

    Advice to Management

Reduce tasks or alot more payroll to help out overworked and underpaid store managers.
