Pros

When I started for Gamestop, it was fantastic, over the years things changed as the business became bigger. Overall it was a good job, it just became my life, and I didnt want that. Its a perfect job for someone who wants to do something part time and fun.

Cons

As with most retail, they have goals, and the focus is on selling things like subscriptions and reservations, or used games.

    Pros

    There's lots of room for growth at least from part time to full time; decent benefits for full time employees;

    Cons

    Employees are paid poorly and are required to do too many tasks with not enough time or training and are still expected to give great customer service.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on employee development and retention, which will improve moral, customer service and profitability.
