    Pros

Flexible with hours, which is great for students. Work is easy and associates are generally friendly.

    Cons

Only a few days a week, so if you need a steady paycheck this job is not for you.

Good enough company to work for, but for how long?

    Pros

Fun job if you like video games.
Enough work to do that I was NEVER bored. A 9 hour work day always FLEW by.
I enjoyed developing my sales techniques, hiring people who I found to be a good fit, and helping those people get promoted.

    Cons

How long can this company really be around? Already not opening as many stores as they used to, and the switch to digital is/will continue to hurt them.
Hours - Salaried managers are required to work 47.5 hours. This will turn into 55-60 hours on a regular basis, as your hourly employees hours get cut, with no choice of your own. Also is very difficult to take a lunch break, if you care about your store.
Promotion can be difficult after the SM level.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO
