I worked at Gaming Laboratories International

    Pros

Overall, a good entry level position to gain experience in gaming field/specific manufacturers. Although it was very intense and stressful at times, it helps you build the necessary skills to be responsible, pay attention to detail, time manage and work diligently. There is a nice group of people working at the LV office.

    Cons

    - Pay is low
    - If you are at the bottom of the totem pole, all of the blame/stress goes on you.
    - At any level (level 1, 2, 3 or senior), compensation is not equal to the amount of work put in.
    - Training program does not exist. Training varies by person. May be trained incorrectly depending on that person.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on team building and compensation. Company makes plenty of money to pay employees fairly (maybe they would keep employees longer if this was the case).
