I have been working at Gaming Laboratories International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone I worked there is very helpful, despite the fact that I am not be very knowledgeable yet on EGM versus Systems. Great health and retirement benefits. The turn out rate is very low, so your chances of getting laid off is very low, I say less than 0.5%. This is mainly because this company owns about 90% of the market share on this business, that means stable job and income. The senior engineers and engineer manager are very nice. Everyone is very professional.

    Cons

The only con working here is that if you have a lot of experience in the slots and systems and programming, this company may not be a company for you. They do pay lower than most other companies out there but that is because the turn over is very low here. Oh if you work here, don't bother thinking about gambling because you will not be allow to gamble anymore.
