I have been working at Gander Mountain

Pros – They have great medical, dental, and vision benefits. The PTO acquires quickly.

Cons – Although the PTO acquires quickly try to find time to use it. Its almost impossible with the amount of hours that you have to work. Whenever there is a visit you have to drop everything to get the store ready. Also, pushing summits and credits is ridiculous. All the company talks about is making money and the bottom line. We get it the company needs to make money, but does it need to be stressed every second to even the PT associates.

Advice to Senior Management – Positive reinforcement goes a long way.
