Leadership has been ineffective in managing industry transition.
No vision - management of Wall St expectations drives decision-making. No clear view of the future of content production and distribution. Some good idea people, but handcuffed by rigorous over-management of resources.
Indiscriminate in its downsizing - lots of talent sent packing without real value assessment.
