Pros

Work with a young group of people who are all friendly. They are fairly flexible with working schedules and are getting better with time.

Cons

There is a lot of turnover here and task lists are constantly changing. For the most part, I feel like a lot of coworkers are dissatisfied.

    Pros

When you're this far behind, you've got nothing to lose.

    Cons

Limited vertical options. Low pay. Having stagnated for so long, the people left are often out of touch with reality; resulting in misguided business plans and a difficult road to modernization.

  2. only interested in the bottom line

    Pros

you get a subscription discount on an already grossly overpriced product.

    Cons

does not treat employees well. only interested in saving money and making cuts. does not reward commitment or loyalty. Constant pay cuts and furloughs have resulted in lower salaries for everyone. Began hiring new inexperienced employees at a hirer rate than current employees.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to what the local directors are doing how they are treating their employees. So much talent has either walked out or been terminated that the local markets no longer have faith in the papers.
