    Pros

    Competitive pay, desire to modernize

    Cons

    No real vision or understanding of how to update their antiquated business model. Leadership has no commitment to any of their new initiatives. They think that they will continue to be successful simply because they used to be successful. There is no concern for the quality of their product--only concern for their ability to sell it. Of course, they fail to recognize that those two things are linked.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to quality. Commit to your new initiatives.

    There aren't any pros for working at this company.

    Cons

    Commission structure stinks and the management doesn't want to reward you for doing your job.

    Advice to Management

    Don't try to punish your sales people for exceeding their sales goals. You should be happy that you have to pay them more commission than you had anticipated. This is a win win.
