    Pros

    Great Products for Nursing Industory Professionals including Educators and Educational offerings, publications and job postings for Gannett Healthcare Group.

    Cons

    Very stressful work environment with lack of direction. Many different playing fields and rules for all the same players on the same team. Too many years of same management team producing below standard results.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication, reward performance, make everyone accountable. Need Sales Managers to manage teams. Marketing should stay focused on manage marketing flow, etc. Too many V.P's or Sr. Managers. Time to start leveling the playing field and award those higher performers. Too many years without pay increases especially for performers.
