New environment, new opportunities and able to explore yourself in engineering filed.
New projects and new ideas to share at work

Cons

slow salary rise and slow processing system professor need to motivate in a proper manner also no proper considerations of idea.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

management needs to improve considerations to different filed and give internship program to as many students they can. need to speed up
