Pros

to relex...lots of free time..

Cons

management sucks. a lot of politic. factory office.
Easy to lay off. 3 times a year. worst place in my life.

    Some of the product is good

    Management puts up smoke & mirrors to pull you in.
    Horrible compensation plan.
    The worst customer service I have ever seen in a company. Not sure how they've managed to keep customers at all.

    Bull doze the whole thing and start over. It's only only way.

    I worked at Ganz

    Pros

    Ganz does provide a good work life balance as typically you only work about 8 hour days. Ganz also has a good salary for the industry.

    Cons

    Management not supportive and the company loves to play "flavor of the month". Very bad training and extremely large territories coupled with unfair compensation for the amount of driving (175-200 miles a day). Not a good career orientated job. Management has unrealistic expectations and do not work properly with their warehoues in order to get goods shipped in a timely manner, leaving you with upset and confused customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Restructure how the company operates and ships their goods, it's not fair to have some customers waiting 3 plus months for an order. 3 sales a day in depressed territories is highly unrealistic. Understand and monitor territory activity better.
