    Pros

Great benefits, fast paced and exciting enviroment, great people.

    Cons

Holidays and peak seasons require a lot of time and energy, as with all retail. You work a lot of weekends, no matter your position and depending on the store you may have some crazy schedules.

    Advice to Management

Hire within more. If people have stuck with the Gap for a while, and through as many changes as they have had, then clearly they want to be there.

    Pros

This company had good pay and a good benefits package. They have done a great job of upgrading the stores .

    Cons

Working in NYC the pace was very hard and fast. The had a large turnover in managers. You can burn out do to the pace.

    Advice to Management

I feel the Gap has come a long way in upgrading the stores. In general it was a good place to work.
