I worked at Gap as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    - compensation is decent for the industry - some flexibility in hours, they are usually understanding of personal emergencies - great people, very friendly culture - location offers decent transit accessibility and lunch options

    Cons

    - work is not creatively fulfilling - sometimes there are periods of unreasonable overtime which may be uncompensated - can get a bit clique-y (causes disruptive atmosphere)

    Advice to Management

Senior management needs to get more involved in work of junior employees to understand who is doing good work. This will never happen, but: consider hiring more people to reduce workload to a reasonable level.
