    Pros

The Gap was a great place to learn about customer service and selling. The people are a plus everyone from mgmt to sales associates were super nice and approachable, felt like family.

    Cons

Favortism is a big deal. People are promoted from witihin but its only because they like you. Sometimes GC expections are extremely unrealistic.

    Advice to Management

    NONE

    Pros

-Great merchandise discounts -flexible shifts -fun and relaxed ambient -you meet and make great friends -a yearly evaluation may lead to a better salary... that translates to a few cents more per hour -they try not to bore you so you'll work in all positions available... cashier, fitting room, sales floor, etc.

    Cons

-Retail is retail...no matter where you work, so you'll get the usual rude clients. -Management may not acknowledge your strengths... that could be frustrating. -Favoritism...if management like some people more they will get more hours

    Advice to Management

-Don't pamper your favorite employee... try to be equal with everyone -Acknowledge team and solo strengths
