“Great environment to learn and grow.”
I have been working at Gartner full-time for less than a year
Pros – Supportive coworkers, great work-life balance. Lots of good amenities on campus, flexible working arrangements (work at home) and generous vacation time.
Cons – Health benefits are not stellar, and Gartner is a big ship .. So change is slow and some processes (like changing your login password) are very antiquated.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
