Pros

When you work here you make a real difference to your clients. You get direct feedback and can continue to grow as a SME in your field of expertise.

Cons

It is a big company that is stock exchange listed. Sometimes this gets in the way of a more longterm (and potentially more risky) way of exploring new opportunities.

Advice to Management

none :-)

    Pros

Great place for personal and professional growth. There's a huge drive to understand every individual's strengths are well as areas for development matched to specific training and coaching programs. The financial compensation is according to requirements on the job and the compensation rules, plans and benefits have not changed troughout the +7 years that I am with the company.

    Cons

In end of quarter or end of year Months (eg. December or June) you cannot take PTO, which actually also makes some sense.

    Advice to Management

Continue the same direction and continue listening to local and individual needs.
