This company has been financially struggling for years. Even after a takeover by Acer of China a year ago, there are layoffs every 2-3 months. Its become part of life. There is no way to climb the latter in a situation like that.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management from Acer never communicates to us. I mean never. Not even once in 1 year was there a email from the CEO. We dont even hear how our quarterly performance was. At least the company is profitable again. Thats good news.
