This is a female dominated company that does not like for guys that's not their friend to get promoted.

Former Employee - Human Resource Specialist in Norristown, PA

I worked at Gaudenzia full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Plenty of training that can help if you want to be a clinician and they employ ex-felons.

    Cons

No men without any friends in the company will ever go anywhere. The company is about 85% women that are friends.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Restructure the way that hiring, promotions and grievances are done. Do not leave it up to the HR. Dept. That's where the problem starts.
