    Pros

You get annual and promotional raises, worked with good counselors, gain a lot of experience with SA/MH, adolescents, groups, criminal justice system. This job makes you very marketable

    Cons

too much paper work, unrealistic expectations of getting paperwork done, not enough time to complete paper work, no security, very unorganized, very fast pace, lack of communication

    Advice to Management

be more organized, allow new employees to have thorough training before dealing with clients.

This is a female dominated company that does not like for guys that's not their friend to get promoted.

I worked at Gaudenzia full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Plenty of training that can help if you want to be a clinician and they employ ex-felons.

    Cons

No men without any friends in the company will ever go anywhere. The company is about 85% women that are friends.

    Advice to Management

Restructure the way that hiring, promotions and grievances are done. Do not leave it up to the HR. Dept. That's where the problem starts.
