    Pros

    family environment but with the Marriott change over it is slowly disappearing into the machine of a big company focused on profit

    Cons

    the culture is getting beaten out with global centralization and it is the Marriott way or the high way

    embrace the gaylord culture as it is on the way out

    Pros

    Beautiful hotel
    HR was a pleasure to work with
    Vendors were amazing
    Great security
    Friendly employee
    Good benefits
    Lots of jobs

    Cons

    Road construction getting to work was bad - but that's not Gaylord's fault.
    Hours were really long for the pay.
    Long walk in the dark for night shift.
