    I worked at Gaylord Hotels full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Gaylord is now part of Marriott, so there is great opportunity for big company experience and entry level.

    Cons

    When the great leadership left Gaylord, it changed into a different place that made it not a great place to be.

    They are all gone!

    Free food, Free parking. Meet with different people daily, Always busy

    Cons

    Not a good place to work if you are looking at Growth. No promotions in the Accounting department.

    Try to recognize your employees contributions but allowing them to grow in the job. give them more responsibilities.
