Pros

Good Managers. They go out of their way to make sure you are a happy and productive employee. Smart in their management practices.

Cons

the pay is low for the amount of work that you do. You usually work on weekends and they make pact all the tasks in two days.

Advice to Management

Continue hiring good employee managers. Never micromanage, you havent done this before and it gives employees a sense of responsibility.

    Pros

    The hotel offers good benefits and a pleasent enviroment to work in. The employees are all friendly and seem to enjoy the people they work with.

    Cons

    Reservation system in the hotel does not take advantage of technology that is available.. When a guest calls in to make a reservation and request a certain type room if that room is not available they should be told then on the phone instead of waiting until the guest arrives. Expectations prior to arrival should be able to be met given existing technology. Being told that the reservation only guarentees the guest a room is being less than honest if after they arrive they are told that. The fine print is not read over the phone.

    Advice to Management

    Take more pride in being truthful to guest and employees. Don't allow weak policies to put frontline employees in the position of conflict resolution personel. Truthfulness needs to start at the top and transfer to the guest at the first point of contact, the phone.
