    Pros

    - Builds confidence
    - Teaches you to talk/sell to people
    - Opportunity to meet lots of people at work
    - Makes every other job in the world seem easy after leaving

    Cons

Paid by dialing time, you will work 8 hours and get paid for 6.5. Pay rate is less than minimum wage based on the fact you get no paid vactaion (its included in your pay to bring the rate to 12.50) No growth potential at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is doing a great job utilizing all their "employees" to the maximum (leading to great results for their clients), while paying their employees the lowest pay they legally can in Canada. My advice to them would be keep doing what your doing because their accomplishing their goals with extreme efficiency.

I worked at Gemma Communications full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Hours are good. Steady hours. Sales will get you better incentives and personal time.

    Cons

Management not organized. You are only paid for the time you are connected to phone queue. So you have to limit your bathroom breaks and any break.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Agents need more incentives and motivation for each shift

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
