Current Employee – been working at Genencor International

Pros – Company provided excellent ancillary benefits, outings, recognition. The benefits I felt were good, and was able to work with out micromanagement .

Cons – Management brought in from Danisco really wasn't prepared to handle the different groups inside, I really enjoyed it until they came in.

Advice to Senior Management – They really needed to spend more time listening to the employees and recognize that when they came in micromanagement is not the way
