Pros

Opportunity, compensation, and lots of new drugs coming. Art and Richard have a way of getting the most out of their people. They instill a strong confidence in the sales force to go out and help patients daily. I have worked at two other pharma companies and this one stands out on all levels. They treat you with respect and they expect you to perform.

Cons

So many smart people, its hard to stand out. The pending Roche buy out makes some of us a little concerned that our great thing will change. None of us know for sure what the future but I would guess most of us wish Roche never offered to buy the rest of us.

Advice to Senior Management

Change nothing
