2. No clear development or growth opportunities or path in IT
3. Leadership more focused on shiny objects than solid performance
4. Cheerleaders are more likely to be recognized and promoted than solid performers

Advice to Senior Management

Changes in IT leadership as a result of Roche integration are definitely for the worse, not better. More changes will need to be made at the top level IT leadership to maintain a level of quality that Roche will find acceptable. It is quite ironic that the top IT leadership was recently promoted, while continuing an indefinite multi year long promotion freeze for senior non-management personnel. That in a nutshell should tell you how little confidence the IT staff has in their leaders today.
